New Jersey restaurateur and personal friend of Doug Wells, General Manager of Ray Catena Motor Car, Vic Rallo celebrates Italy’s food, people, history, wine and culture in this cooking series that takes viewers from the Alps to the southern shores of Sicily. Rallo shares information about Italian ingredients and techniques used in making everything from mixed meat stew and eggplant caponata to Italian sweets and Tuscan pork. The series also features the insights of Anthony “Tony” Verdoni, a wine connoisseur who shares his views on Italian wine and winemakers.
