Kudos to my service advisor - Nancy Wagner - she is outstanding! Last friday morning upon arriving at work I suddenly received a malfunction error concerning my vehicle's brakes. I contacted her immediately to determine the urgency of having the car serviced - she informed me it was necessary for me to have it addressed immediately & not wait until Monday as I had offered.
