Kudos to my service advisor - Nancy Wagner - she is outstanding! Last friday morning upon arriving at work I suddenly received a malfunction error concerning my vehicle's brakes. I contacted her immediately to determine the urgency of having the car serviced - she informed me it was necessary for me to have it addressed immediately & not wait until Monday as I had offered. By the time I got to the dealership, she had made all of the arrangements & my car was serviced immediately. The completion of the work that day was not only comforting considering the nature of the malfunction, but proved to be critical given the fact that I had to take an unexpected 500+ mile trip over the weekend.
