Fleet Program Overview
The Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison Fleet Program is designed to meet the needs of corporate customers interested in purchasing or leasing Mercedes-Benz luxury vehicles for inclusion in their corporate fleets.
If you have decided that your company will participate in the program, you first need to apply for a Corporate Account Number (CAN) from Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison. To qualify for a CAN, the following criteria must be met:
• A company must have 15 or more vehicles (any make or model, owned or leased) currently registered in the company name. Registrations must be currently active.
– OR –
• A company must have purchased or leased and have currently registered 5 or more new vehicles (any make or model) in the company name during the current or preceding calendar year, or current or preceding model year.
Once approved, your company will receive a Corporate Account Number (CAN) allowing select employees to purchase vehicles through the program. Incentives are based on dollar amounts and paid from the first vehicle purchased after qualifying with Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison.

Becoming Eligible
To qualify for the program your company must first submit a completed Corporate Account Enrollment Form, along with the appropriate vehicle registrations, to Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison. Once approved, you’ll be provided with a Corporate Account Number (CAN)
Claiming Your Incentives
As of February 12, 2006, the fleet incentive must be deducted from the selling price. Deduction of fleet incentive must be reflected on the Buyer's Order.
Additional Incentives
If you have been provided with an individual vehicle allowance by your company, you are eligible for additional features on fleet vehicles.
